Agreement
These terms cover your use of mygaragewizard.com and any work Garage Wizard LLC does for you. Using the site means you accept them. If you go on to buy an installation, the signed installation agreement governs that specific job, and where it disagrees with this page, the signed agreement wins.
What the online price is, and is not
The number the 3D configurator shows you is a real itemized estimate built from the exact products you placed and our standard installation labor. It is not a contract, and it is not the final invoice.
The final number is confirmed after a free measure of your actual garage, because slab condition, stud spacing, ceiling height, obstructions and access all affect the work. If the confirmed number is higher than your estimate, you are free to walk away — you owe us nothing for the measure.
Estimates are valid for the number of days shown on the quote. Product prices come from our supplier and can change without notice; an expired quote may need to be re-priced.
Deposits, payment and refunds
Work is scheduled once a deposit is paid. The deposit reserves your install date and covers materials ordered for your specific job.
If you cancel before we order materials, your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after materials have been ordered, we refund the deposit less the cost of any non-returnable items ordered specifically for your garage. Once installation is complete, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance is due.
To cancel or ask about a refund, email hello@mygaragewizard.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Installation
We install the products in your agreed design, in your garage, on the agreed date. We are responsible for doing that work competently and for any damage we cause.
You are responsible for clearing the work area before we arrive, for providing access on the day, and for telling us about anything behind the walls we are about to anchor into. We will not knowingly drill into something we have been warned about, but we cannot see through drywall.
Installation dates are targets. Weather, supplier delays and jobs that run long can move a date. We will tell you as soon as we know.
Warranty
Products carry their manufacturer warranty and nothing we say here reduces it. Our own installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the completion date — if something we mounted comes loose because of how we mounted it, we come back and fix it.
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overloading beyond the product rating, modifications made after we leave, or acts of nature.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, message frequency varies and carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Our full texting policy is in the privacy policy.
Product images and renders
The 3D configurator shows a representation of real Husky® products at their real dimensions. Colors on a screen do not perfectly match colors in a garage, and the render is a guide to layout and scale rather than a photograph of the finished result.
Husky® is a registered trademark of its owner. Garage Wizard is an independent installer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Husky or The Home Depot.
Acceptable use
Use the site to design a garage and get a price. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for.
Liability
We stand behind our work and we carry insurance. What we do not accept is liability for indirect or consequential losses — lost time, lost income, or the inconvenience of a delayed install. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the job it relates to.
Nothing here removes a right you have under Utah law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are handled in the Utah courts.
